For the past two days my app on my iPhone will not log in. It keeps on spinning at the Face ID point, tries to log in, then reverts to trying over and over again. When I turn Face ID off it requests my username and password but when I enter them it’s says incorrect information and after just one attempt says you have exceeded your daily attempts please try tomorrow. How the hell is anyone supposed to buy from their phone if the app isn’t working. EBay have been messing with us for years but during these slow sales periods it’s just not acceptable. Is anyone else having this issue? I have asked a few people and they have the issue too.

I can get on eBay on all other formats. Browsers iPads laptop just on iPhone app won’t allow me past facial recognition. Keeps on scanning my face. When I turn it off it requests password but does not accept the correct details. I know of at least 4 other people it’s doing it to also.

In that case you may want to post this on the iOS app board -- there are eBay folks there that can read and respond to app issues.

Exact same issue. Trying to recognize my face.
I can't even get into my phone app to delete it so that I can reinstall. Any advice?
