I sell lots of sporting goods items
i have been told that the average defect rate is less than 1%
my not as described is more than 3%. I know that all disappointed buyers check the not as described box in order to expedite a full refund
Many electronic gps dependent products are difficult to set up and may not be 100% reliable.
A majority of these are returned with no defects, yet I am now being charged about 40% more in final value fees.
Does anyone else feel subjected to this.
having done a little independent checking on returns bought thru the internet is way beyond 3%
I question EBay’s percentage as being below 1%
