EBNError Domain Error

I am unable to access account through mobile app with the EBNError Domain message.  Good Wi-Fi access, turned phone off and on, no updates required and re-loaded app.  Any suggestions on a fix?  Thank you!

same problem too! This never happened to me before. I can open it through safari browser, but not through the app itself.

Same Here. I was Told to uninstall app and re install. Didn't Work!

Same here exactly. I see this is all on the 30th it must be a problem for many. I turned phone off and on as well, removed app and redownload it, nothing. Hopefully will wake up tomorrow and it will be fixed

To All,

An important part of install/reinstall is to uninstall, then restart the device, then do the reinstall.

Are you all using a VPN? This has been mentioned on the Device apps board. Turn VPN off and try again.
