Your customer service page is a joke. I will pay anyone $1000 that is NOT an eBay employee yet thinks the Help & (actually no) Contact pages upon pages upon pages of useless information are FABULOUS! But we know you are so adverse to 'helping' us, you dont even allow us to use that as a tag here.
Customer service is the backbone of every successful company. You think you are past that but success can be kicked out from under you faster than Joanie hated Chachi..

You can get away with poorly speaking outsorcery without anyone knowing the better, Your phone bank bull pen will be able to stream line the big problems easier and you actually may not only keep existing customers, but you may have old ones come back ... even though they pretty much have written you off as charlatains.
