Has anyone else had the problem when a buyer purchases an item and you go to your inventory and it has already sold weeks prior. I have been selling for 15 years and never had this issue. Ebay is making me look like an idiot. I pay for a monthly store but Ebay is controlling my store and not doing a good job. It may be time to say goodbye to Ebay.

No, but then I control all my items. I don't let eBay control my inventory or how many I have of each item, so I'm a bit confused.
Did you make sure the item was not for sale anywhere after it sold? Did you actually remove it from the site or not?
I'm not quite sure how this is an eBay error.

Over the past 5 years, eBay has relisted 2 of my sold items. It makes us think WE are the crazy ones and cause self-doubt. The first time it happened, I canceled the order and got dinged by eBay for doing the out of stock excuse even though it was their fault for causing the issue to begin with. The second time it happened, I wrote to the buyer, explained the situation and asked them if I could cancel their order of if they wanted something else to replace the one they bought. She told me to cancel the order, I used THAT excuse and no more dings from eBay!!!
