E bay is getting better message will not stay gone

when trying to view active listed items a pop up box that says ebay is getting better, take a look around etc etc comes up instantly. click okay it turns slight different color but nothing else. x out of box it comes right back. tap outside of box goes away and comes right back. Tried switching to classic ebay, does not let me. Just stays as it is.

Any thoughts?

That message seems to be a problem mostly for folks using Safari -- if you can use Firefox to get to that page, you should be able to dismiss it once and for all.
