I bought from my carrier E-codes for ebay vouchers. This problem has happened with me 3 times I get codes and it doesn't seem to have a balance it shows up empty I have contacted my carrier they said the issue from ebay and I should contact ebay support to fix it anyone had the same problem or what should I do

I've not heard of e-code gift cards or vouchers. How did you happen to acquire these? From an unsolicited text on your phone?
