Hacked?

I think I was hacked. There are 2 purchases i made yesterday and both were deducted from my bank account 2 times. The seller has no knowledge of it my only proof is my bank statement. Has this happened to anyone before and how do i get my money back the quickest way because im left with $1.54 in my bank account.

Talk to your bank. 

Im not sure how you could make purchase and have them deducted twice but is sounds like a bank issue.

It happens all the time. When you pay for an item, a pending transaction goes through to your credit card to verify and hold the funds. When the actual transaction comes through, then the pending transaction will fall off - but it can take several days. You'll only be charged once.
