We have an interesting issue where all of our categories are being 'dropped'. eBay seems to be taking everything out of our store categories & automatically placing them in the Other category. We did not initiate this nor have we deleted any categories recently. We have been involved in a major clean-up/reorginization, but we were almost done with that & have not deleted anything in the last week. Is anybody else having this issue? Would anyone happen to know what's going on? Any help would be appreciated as we are going to have to sort over 4k listings from scratch if it keeps on.
