There appears to be a glitch under Trading Card Conditions.

If you list sport trading cards, eBay now requires that we enter the grading company and the actual grade. That's fine but they are missing a few grades. If I choose Sportscard Guaranty Corporation (SGC) as the grading company, the drop down appears with all the available grades. For some reason Grades 3 and 5.5 are missing. This is preventing me from listing my cards. I have several cards that fall into those 2 grades.

What's the best way to get this reported kyle@ebay ?

I have not been able to speak with anyone from eBay directly about this issue. I was able to reach out to eBay for Business on Facebook. They also replicated the issue. This is what they told me "Let us get this over to our technical team. If we receive an update or if more info is needed before a fix, we'll let you know."

That was 7 PM ETS on 11/16. Hopefully, this is resolved ASAP.

I reported this issue on this Forum on 11/16. Obviously not monitored by any one from eBay. Waste of time. I reported issue to eBay for Business on Facebook on 11/16. They said that they would pass it on the eBay tech support. I chatted with 2 eBay reps on 11/17 and they said that they would pass this along to IT department.

Today is 11/19, I have not heard any updates on whether they are resolving this issue.

I have spoken to several other Trading Card Sellers on another forum who are also experiencing the same issue.

Why in the world doe eBay invoke a mandatory entry but don't test the software before releasing?

Why do they make it so hard to report an issue?
