I am unable to use ebay. I moved, changed my address, and bought something. The order was being shipped to my old address, so I canceled. A few days later, I got confirmation of the cancellation but by then had bought the product elsewhere.
I just bought something else, but before buying it I made sure all the addresses were my new address. Still, it showed shipment to my old address, so again I cancelled.
Their help is not helpful. I can't get a real person either by phone or chat. This is not a technical issue; it is a business operations issue, but what else applies?

You have the opportunity to change the address at checkout, so I'm not sure why you would keep having this problem if you put in the correct address. Check here: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

Make sure your current address is set as your Primary Shipping address in your account. That is the address that should appear by default at checkout.
Delete any old addresses you no longer use.

To add to windy's and burton's posts, I've read of this and how some users had to change the address on the first order after a change, too. Sort of kick-start it, if you will...
Try that and see if it'll become your default again. Good luck.

Even if you've not changed your primary address with eBay, you would see the shipping address on the invoice and it can be changed there. People do it all the time.
