Drafts Error Message

I keep trying to resume any of my 10 sales drafts (admittedly, they're old from December) but no matter which one I click, I continue to receive the message "It’s not you. It’s us. Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages."  When I look up outages, nothing comes up for today and I see some previous workarounds to "make a duplicate" of the listing but the only option that comes up is to delete the listing? Anyone have a clue if there really is an outage today (3/14/21, 10:02am EST)?

We are on day 4 of Draft issues and still no fix, it has been called on and "they are working on it"

Ebay finally fixed the Copy feature on the "Drafts" page. It took 'em a week but they trudged through the cold and the snow and finally got there. I attempted to make a Copy and it worked. Well, at least it worked for me. Your mileage may vary.
