When I am editing my drafts, the scroll bar on the right side of the page is vibrating and that tells me that when I scroll down to the area of the draft that has volume pricing (just the area of the draft page) it is vibrating so fast (jumping up and down) that I can barely click on save draft or list item. I restarted my MacBook Pro, I even had an upgrade today and the draft wiggles very fast the same as it has been doing for 2 to 3 weeks. Any ideas? I got no info from googling.
I don't have the problem on my Samsung galaxy phone or tablet. But I really don't like to upload listings from those because it sneaks in best offer no matter how many times I tell it not to. I get control of my listings by finishing them on the laptop.
Thanks for any help!

did you restart the browser after downloading the upgrade? When I get the jumping mouse, a restart of the browser or windows usually cures it...

Thanks! I force quit safari. No change to jumping up and down bottom quarter of my draft page. Shut Mac pro down last night haven't seen what results if any, i doubt it would fix it.
I found known issues with similar problems (flickering) from 2017 when I googled jumping page Mac pro safari. Chrome did it a lot with photos. Mine is the bottom quarter of my draft page jumping doing the watusi like a house on fire. The fixes I saw worried me in case I totally screw up my laptop so I have to steel myself in case that happens before I try it. Thanks so much for your empathy!!!!! Much appreciated.

If you are looking for a potential workaround rather than a fix, try using another browser to list your item, such as Firefox or Safari. If the problem is with Chrome specifically (or due to an interaction between Chrome and something else), you may be able to avoid the issue when listing your item.
If the same issue occurs in another browser, that would indicate it is not a Chrome-specific issue.

Thanks! I use Safari. Will try Firefox. I don't think I use Chrome🤔

My mistake -- there was a similar sort of issue that involved an interaction between Chrome and a particular trackpad driver on some PC laptops a while back. If you are experiencing the issue while using Safari, in that case try Firefox or Chrome instead.
