Download new version

Have used eBay for years but now asking me to download version 17 . But how do I this on my iPad air2 ?

What operating system are you using?

If you have iOS 16, there is a version of the app that should work for you.

See here in the UK:

If you do not have a recent enough operating system on your phone, delete the eBay app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

Hi @ia.watk . The iPad Air 2 cannot upgrade past iOS 15 which means your device is no longer compatible with the eBay app.

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
