Does anyone that works to fix problems/bugs for ebay actually read this forum or is it just users?

I'm just wondering if this forum is here to give us an outlet to feel like we're doing something when actually it's just users talking to users and yelling into the void. Does anyone know?

Any mods or actual ebay staff want to comment?

There are several eBay reps that visit and ~occasionally~ comment. eBay primarily leaves this as a member to member forum, as designed. At times, the eBay reps will be tagged with an issue that needs clarification. 

The Tech Issues board might see more visits from internal eBay problem solvers though they don't post directly to the boards that I have witnessed. That is just an opinion derived from what I have seen over the years.

As the previous commenter mentioned, it is primarily other eBay customers and professional agitators who answer threads in the forum.  On occasion, an eBay social media rep will comment on a post and forward issues to the tech team.

I'm curious what you mean by "professional agitators"? Do you mean that people get paid to come here and report issues? I don't think that's true...
