Does anyone at eBay care? I have not been able read or reply to questions from buyers.

I have not been able to reply or even see questions posted for my reply for 2-3 months now. Again, I just receive a new one today, I click to respond and it tells me it is older than 90 days. I even go into the listing and it gives me the same. CS is worthless as they have opened 2 tickets weeks ago, or at least they claim. I am losing potential buyers because of eBay's incompetent programmers and the lack of being able to reach someone that cares and can get this fixed. Yeah, all I have left is this forum to vent. You would think for over $100k in eBay fees I could reach someone.

Yeah, I use to be an IT Mgr for 33 years and know how some IT people work to justify their positions. 🙂  Have a good one and thanks for the reply.

Sorry to hear this. Have you tried reaching out to eBay’s reps on their Facebook page? I have heard they are responsive snd timely. If you go to eBay’s business Facebook, you may get a better quality rep. Good luck, and hope this gets resolved soon!

I finally got through to eBay CS and they at least now confirm this has been a known problem. Of course the guys with their pocket protectors will get right on it. Hello?

It's been a known problem in the Community for some time now. There have already been dozens of threads on the subject.
