Disappearing listings...AGAIN

Here we go again...

Dashboard says 808 listings, store front says 779.  There are only 13 pages of listings with 60 listings per page which means 29 listings are, in fact, off in the ephemera again. Will someone please tell me, and all of us, how we can keep our listings from disappearing??

Also noticed that it is dropping my total number for listings eligible to send offers as well. Very weird. I have no idea.

UPDATE- Been a weird morning. Now my listings are slowly returning back to normal.  Must have been a weird glitch.

Hi @amidstmystuff . What you're seeing is different from what the original poster is going through.

This sometimes happens on the last day of the month when listings renew - they temporarily disappear while reindexing and always reappear once the system catches up. Sometimes takes a few hours.

I think it has something to do with the short month because I usually see it on months ending in 30 days - or in this case 28 days.

Side note to @tarotfindsandmore : I'd wait until tomorrow at the earliest before diving back into the issue from your OP. Today's a bad day to compare numbers and you may see lots of others hopping on this discussion today with the end of the month problem.

I am.  I performed my usual routine this morning and now my store number show 27 more items than my dashboard and than are actually listed.  The actual number of listings visible to the public is the same as the number as the number showing in the store, BUT some of those listings are actually ended items that were relisted.

Hopefully, eBay will clear the ended listings from my current active listings in the next few hours.

Now I'm back down to 761...with 801 actual listings.   Looks like I'm not the only one anymore.

I'm not sure that the end of the month thing is entirely the issue here.  I posted about this yesterday, after noticing listings disappearing on Wednesday and Tuesday as well.

I am having the same issue today. Listing keep dropping with every other reload. **bleep**!

I had conversation with representative from customer support.  They confirmed  Ebay glitch and i was told, this will be fixed in 24 hours

glad to see you post this, as i'm having the same issue with disappearing listings and can't seem to get through to customer service (a 10 minute wait has turned into 20 minutes and counting....)

For me, it was listings that were set to renew that had originally been posted on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month. But, well, February.
