Difficulty contacting the seller

I am from India.

When I click on the link to contact seller, the new page asks me for a US number and residential details, which I do not have.

The product I am looking for ships to India, but need to ask seller a question.

How to do that?

It appears ebay removed the ASK A QUESTION at the bottom of the item description. You can click the CONTACT MEMBER link on the right side of the listing. If it is not there (because your screen is narrower), then click the seller's feedback number (in parenthesis) and you should now see the CONTACT MEMBER link.
