Different styles of eBay app for Android on same devices???

Hi there I have a question me and my wife have the same exact phone. We both have Ebay mobile app and they are the same version of the app. My problem is is they are different styles.  Example, just a minute ago we were both on the same search Jordan 3. She was able to pick multiple conditions and sizes and I can't on mine even though it's the same version and same phone. I've uploaded two pictures of the different styles but on the same version of the eBay app first one is my wife's 2nd is mine. Crazy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. I'm definitely not new to eBay , but didn't see a category for mobile app.

I don't use any mobile apps (and there is no eBay mobile app for a Windows phone anyway), so not much use here.

Are the Android versions on the 2 phones the same? Are the screen sizes and resolutions the same?

The app may be providing different appearance and functionality depending on the capabilities of the phone hardware and the phone OS.

Yes there the exact same everything. Now the only thing I could think of, is she has to mobile and I have Verizon. Thanks
