I should've a refund already, i got an email on 17 sep saying that in 24-48hours i ll get the money back on my paypal account, i ve sent another email on 19 asking what s going on because i didnt got any payment yet, they ve told me that i ll get them back on monday, well it s monday, i ve sent them another email because i didnt got anything, and i was amazed to see the answer "I reviewed the case or appeal details, it appears that our first attempt to process your refund has failed; Please bear with us since the process may take 3 to 7 business days.". Is this a joke or something ?
