Delete Watched Items

Unable to delete declined and expired offers, any suggestions?

I do not see this icon where do I look for it ?

If you are using the latest Android version of the eBay app, and you are looking at Bids & Offers, the pencil icon should be found where you see the red circle (added by me) in this picture:

These offers are ones that are sent to me by different sellers, which the seller just let's expire- those are the offers that I am trying to delete and for some reason can't.

Then I would highly recommend - if your a seller that does not  want to except offers - Do not use the quick listing tool.

I have repeatedly tried that, which used to work - but not now

I either except,  decline, or counter offer - I do not think it's very nice to just do nothing and let it expire

I fail to see any humor in this situation. I personally would not bother trying to place an offer on anything that expensive - the seller would most likely just consider that an insult and ignore the offer as a result. I do not even bother with items priced higher than $17 Max. - for a DVD this would mean = must be still factory sealed and be one that is hard to find for some reason + it would have to be one that I really wanted - before I would even consider a price that high ($17). Does  not matter if it would be a single DVD or DVD Set.

That "used to" work for me, but for some reason doesn't anymore - now I only get an error message that's says unable to complete request, please try again later, this has gone on for several days

That's the problem - it does not work, it "used  to" work that way, now all of a sudden, it won't.
