Default Feedback Message

As a buyer, I have had a default message saved for several years now. This message is populated when I leave positive feedback for a seller.  This seems to have disappeared and I cannot find where to save a new default message. If this option is no longer available, I guess I will just stop leaving any positive feedback, but hopefully it just got moved.

I noticed the same thing. eBay changed their interface from an input element to a text box. Browsers don't save prior entries in text boxes. I have now stopped leaving feedback because the "cost" to me is now too high.
