Next year, all eBay stores are to become mobile-responsive. BUT, in the meantime, eBay has done a couple things to harm the classic stores which have been customized.
I figured out the broken store issue; eBay changed the store URL path. The latest issue a client/seller just contacted me about is they cannot edit a store promotion box - the feature for promo boxes is gone in Manage My Store! I logged onto that client's store and, sure enough, no promo boxes. Not in my Manage My Store either.
One cannot even remove an existing promo box since the editing feature has been removed.
eBay Stores Design Team: PLEASE address this issue!
