How do you contact customer service now. I have been through every option on the page and everytime it comes up as

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

Now we have 2 national holidays in the same week and I can not change my business policies to extend the shipping times from 1 day to 3 days. Great, now we will have unhappy customers and will lose our top rated seller status for shipping late. Come on Ebay, i am sure you can fix all of these issues..... but we can not contact you! As for facebook support - joke as they have no idea what i am talking about

@eburtonlab you seem to have some contacts. Any news on these ongoing issues. Seems the complaints are sliding down the community boards with no ackowledgement from ebay

If the eBay support folks on Facebook have no idea what you are talking about you will have to explain the situation to them so they do understand. Those are the people that actually work for eBay.

That would seem to be your best chance for resolution to the issue during a long holiday weekend.
