I contacted customer service today by chat and by phone. I have never had an issue before but today, no matter what I said I was told "there is no agent available." This is infuriating, given that the call would be the fourth one IF I'd gotten through. Instead it turned into 4, 5, 6, 7, and still counting. Hopefully something changes soon.

I do not know what you mean by this. I phone a customer service agent and they attend to any matter, every single time. Perhaps you could reword.
