Customer (lack of ) support

The technical support issue is simple . The problem is eBay’s support is non existent , they have all of there employees overseas that are absolutely clueless , the ones that are English speaking from UK have serious god complexes and talk in circles . 0/10 EBay get it together before another platform takes over

What issue are you having?

For general questions you can try asking here on the discussion boards. Experienced users may be able to offer suggestions.

Or you can contact eBay via social media:

The social media accounts are for general questions

I have no direct personal experience, but I have read that the folks reachable through the eBay Facebook account seem to be pretty on-the-ball when it comes to things that baffle the script-reading customer service phone reps. Things like fake tracking scams: actually handling cases directly and intervening to resolve issues for users pretty quickly. From what I have read those social media folks have more authority to act than the front line customer service reps that you can reach by phone.

What sort of issue are you having? The discussion boards are filled with experienced buyers and sellers that have seen a thing or two and may be able to point you in the right direction without needing to go through eBay's customer service.
