I have a customer that buys a lot of stuff from me. When I fill a box I send him an invoice for that box. He may have several boxes over the course of a few days and wants to pay them one at a time but he says ebay forces entire payment for everything he bought whether I have invoiced him or not. Why can't he pay one invoice at a time?
