Customer cannot pay

Had a customer accept an offer and says there is no option to check out and pay for them. This is on my new 1 year old account that usually does $300 a day and at 5pm I am at $30. So there is a HUGE problem going on right now.

8 pm and only $49, I guess the issue is not going to be fixed today. This has been my lowest day in the last year with 20,000 items on that account. WOW! It's normally this 24 year old account that see the more problems, server failures, offers not working and such. Never seen it this bad on the new account.
