@trickyvikki72 I see you are a private seller located in the UK.
eBay has made Simple Delivery managed shipping mandatory for all eligible items sold by private sellers in the UK - the new policy went into effect April 15th, though it is on a phased rollout so some private sellers are just now having it applied to their listings.
If you do not see the option for custom postage when creating a listing, that means it is an item that eBay has deemed eligible and required to use Simple Delivery.

Nah I have the custom option it just keeps jumping off it but if I use the web rather than the app it works. It's obvs just a glitch

@trickyvikki72 none of what I said is incorrect - eBay has clearly stated and put in their policies/user agreement for the UK that all eligible items sold by private sellers will be required to use SImple Delivery going forward.
Like I said, they're doing a phased roll out, so If you're seeing it come and go or seeing a difference on app vs mobile, that likely means they are still working to roll it out completely or that some of your items may not be eligible, not that it's a glitch.
Either way, I would recommend if you haven't done so already to take some time to become familiar with how Simple Delivery works as it will eventually be mandatory for any eligible items you might list.
