Custom Label Not Saving

It's been about a week since I can't save custom label field. There's a workaround, but when you click save, it just idles and doesn't do anything. If you just cancel and refresh, sometimes it saves, but it's random.  I tried it on 2 different accounts and it is doing the same thing.

Where are you "saving" the custom label?

Only place I see to manipulate it is in the listing itself during creation or revision, where it is just another text entry box and works fine, or bulk editing of all selected listing custom label fields.

There is no edit or save capability in on https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active page I can see.

(I still can't figure out if that is Seller Hub page or some half Selling/Manager/Seller Hub hybrid page. I did not opt into seller hub)

I am talking about adding custom label field from the inventory list. I use it to mark inventory location.  For some reason, when you type in something in the field and press save, it times out and doesn't save.
