I am preparing an item to ship out via USPS and the SMALL flat rate box is not an option in the carrier shipping charges. I can select every other service, but i am using this box for the small flat rate. I see the "Call Me" back option is under a minute so i choose for that. Why the **bleep** do they call you if you will be put on hold right away. I am now waiting for someone to answer. Worst service ever.

Try changing your package dimensions to 1 x 1 x 1. SFRB wont show unless at least 1 dim is one inch

It should, however, show in the carrier packaging tab (where OP is) no matter what dimensions are present, so something else is going on there.

I just tested, and it is the case - SFRB is now being ghosted from both the Custom Size and the Carrier Packaging tabs if dimensions exceed 8x5x1. (MFRBs also disappear from both tabs now when any dimension exceeds their size)

eBay is determined to fiddle with the new label flow until it catches on fire, falls over, and sinks into the swamp.

This could be a problem, as USPS requires transmission of correct dimension data for all Priority and Express Mail labels (I believe this is part of why the new label flow is so broken - eBay is attempting to comply with those requirements and is messing it up in the process), so fudging the dims down to get the ghosted options to appear IS a workaround, but technically may not be DMM permissible.

It may help to just switch back to the classic label page. They removed the link but there is a work around for that they released via their phone support for issues with the new page. In the URL box look for the words "new_label" then highlight and past in "back_to_classic" then push enter. Of course you do not want to include the "'s and once you are on the new page the issues will go away and you should be able to select the service you need as in the past.
