Creating a Listing

I tried to create a listing the same way i've done a hundred times except now I get a "It looks like there is a problem with this listing. Shipping cost- Shipping cost cannot be calculated when the item is located outside the U.S. Use flat rate shipping." The only problem with that is I AM IN THE U.S.   GEORGIA last time I checked was in the U.S. Am I reading this wrong or just going insane?

Bogus error probably caused by the tech team trying to fix everything else because you CAN use calculated shipping for international. I use it all the time.
