I have created a coupon and set a price range filter. I can filter my listings by that price range and see that there are many eligible items. I can also see the coupon displayed under the title when i scroll through the items in my store. However, when I try to share the coupon to customers the link that is generated shows a page with zero results so it looks to customer as if there are no eligible items. If i increase the upper end of the price range filter in the coupon it does bring in some of the items at the lower end of the price range but it does not display the full list if items that i know should be included.
Has anyone experienced this issue? I have raised it with tech support but they have been unable to help so far as they don't seem to be able to understand the issue and just keep telling me that the coupon code is being correctly applied at check out which is not actually addressing the problem.

hhhmmmm... I have been thinking about using coupons too. I'll have to check this out to see if I get the same problem.

If you decide to try easiest way to check if you have the same problem is just filter your listings for the price range matching the coupon filter and then see if the count of those listings matches the count of the listings returned in the share coupon link page. If the counts match you're ok, if not you have the same problem i am experiencing!

This is the US site. You might search ebay.au for similar instructions. And as noted in the bottom picture, I cannot see your listings.
