I wanted to add my 20% coupon to my purchase this weekend. I was paying through PayPal and it typically brings me back to eBay to add my coupon and to place my order. This time it placed my order right at PayPal and never brought me back to eBay so I couldn’t put my coupon in. How do I get hold of a live person?
