Count of Listings in My Store are not matching My count for Active Listings

Count of Listings in My Store are not matching My count for Active Listings. This has been happening since the middle of December. It's very frustrating and I don't understand why this is still happening. Please add me to ALERT15129

I see 11,233 items you have listed that can ship to me. How many should there be?
