I had my account suspended. I only buy on E bay. I always pay with a debit card. There is no reason for the suspension. I have asked three times why the suspension occurred. Each time I am told: "it is the system". To me this is not an acceptable.
I have now received a notice from E bay that I failed to pay for an item. I paid for the item and the item was received and was exactly to the description and was in perfect condition. I now have received two items that were not to the description and I need to return these items. I was approved for a refund but I am blocked from printing out a return label. The second item I need to return I am now with a low amount of energy to fight due to the extremely poor quality of service from E bay associates that are to assist with problems. For four years I have been asking for my PpayPal account to be closed and the balance sent to me. I am convinced that zpayPal is run by retired clowns from Barnum and Bailey. PayPal is generating a profit from scamming.
