Custom Template Locked in Save Mode, Need Technical Support

I spent 3 hours creating a new eBay template, and tried to save it, but it got stuck in save mode. The little circle has been spinning for 20 minutes. Options like cancel, preview, and save are grayed out. I'm afraid to refresh the screen or go backward and lose everything. I called eBay and they told me they would send a note to technical support, but it could take 3-5 days for them to reply. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Does anyone know how to fix it?

Don't know how to fix it, but we reported the same problem to ebay yesterday.  They filed a "ticket" with tech support.  Still having the same problem today.

I find that interesting that you created a case yesterday.  I talked with an Ebay rep today and they said "I don't see that there are any reported site issues matching this situation"🙄  Then they tried to tell me that it was probably an issue on my end.  After telling them that no, there were other people with the same issue they finally said they would open a case...
