Why has eBay made it impossible to simply contact customer service? There's no more phone number to call or email address to contact them. I go through the Help and Contact link and they only give some help related articles, and at bottom of the page is a Contact Us for more help, and there's only 6 subjects to click, NONE of which has anything to do with my issue. So I pick one that's sort of close and try getting any other means of contact besides that automated chat, which is a complete JOKE btw, and it just keeps sending you in circles right back to the beginning. What ever happened to Customer Service? Now that most everything is done online, there's no need for it, these companies could care less as long as they still get paid.
Perfect example, why does eBay continue to allow sellers like vipoutlet to sell on here? Just look at all the Negative feedback, over 1100 cases! I don't care if it's 97% positive, they continually misrepresent what they are selling, lie in the item description, lie about the item condition, and intentionally rip people off! You'd think this sort of activity would get some warnings at least. It used to get you banned from selling anymore. But I already know why eBay doesn't care, because they get a little piece of everything they sell, so it's worth it to them to occasionally get involved in disputes. They could care less about the time, energy, stress, and frustration of the innocent buyers getting robbed by people like this. And there's a LOT of these types of sellers on here, some with a whole lot more than 1100 negative's. And now they've made it next to impossible to ask a simple question.
It's become all to clear that eBay doesn't consider their customers a top priority. Allowing these sellers to continually and intentionally post fraudulent listings to mislead and scam their buyers is a joke. But who cares, right? As long as they keep getting their piece of the scam...I mean sale.

If your issue is not related to any of those six categories, eBay customer service will probably not be able to help you.

97% feedback is not a good percentage. If you read the bad feedback that seller has and still choose to do business with that seller, eBay will not stop you.
Don't rely on eBay to tell you not to do business with bad sellers. If you think 1100 negatives or 110 or even 11 are too many, by all means, find a different seller to do business with. It is up to buyers to decide how much negative feedback is too much, or what sort of reputation a seller must have to be disqualified from consideration. Don't let someone else make that decision for you -- they may have different standards than you do.
