I was just notified of a $13.05 charge to my credit card. I have not made any purchases today. I was charged $13.05 on the same credit card on 8/24/25. What are these charges for?
I can't find the answer to my question and I cannot find any way to actually talk to an eBay Agent.
eBay is johnny on the spot to collect their fees but to get an answer to a question is like pulling buck teeth out of a mule.

Could they be charges from UPS or USPS?

Do they appear on your seller hub to view?

Could one possibly have been 'Pending', but now it's gone through? Or are you sure it was CHARGED twice?

If you see no sign of the charges in your eBay account, either for purchases or sales, contact your card issuer for details of those transactions.

Do you have more than one eBay account? Check each, if so.

It doesn't have to be a purchase, and doesn't have to be the same date.  Sometimes charges show up days later. It could be labels purchased, refunds issued... Did you look at your payment tab?
