When I send out items, as well as marking on ebay that the order has been dispatched I like to send them a message through the ebay contact the buyer system. Suddenly yesterday it stopped working. I would type out the message and click the send box and as far as I am aware nothing happens. The message does not go in to my sent messages box and I do not receive a copy of the message in my email inbox. Any idea what the problem may be?

@startagaintodayMore than likely that is the result of an eBay update that has thrown a wrench in to the eBay Messaging loop. When they forced the new label printing format pages (yes, plural because now we have to scroll twice to see everything opposed to it all being on ONE page previously) suddenly the auto login to PayPal stopped working. I posted this about 2 weeks ago on the tech board but nothing has been done.

Additionally, I just noticed the single color logo this morning ... is this new of a glitche? Its still multicolor here on The Community but My eBay pages are now all one dull boring and lifeless color ... and it doesn't even match the eBay Branded Supply blue???

Anyway, your issue will probably get corrected ...

Are you using the Grammarly browser extension?

Others reported that in Chrome browser it was the cause of problems with the messaging editor (inability to paste and/or disappearing text), which isn't exactly your issue, but eBay or Grammarly attempts to fix the issue could cause new manifestations.
