Most issues/problems at eBay with either sellers or buyers can be easily handled with automated responses.

If you'd like to return and explain your issue, we would like to either offer help or advice if we can.

And eBay is easier to contact via Twitter or Facebook.  More knowledgeable reps.

True and very sad that we have to reply another sellers for help and info when we pay Ebay to provide that service
