Since Sept 1, my Ebay Store (2400 listings) is not combining my shipping correctly on orders.
I have reported this 5 times to customer service and asked for tech support, but have gotten no help in 21 days.
When a person orders two items from my store, shipping would be 3 bucks for one item and two items, depending on weight, would be approx 3.40 or so, instead, since Sept 1, it it charging customers 6.00 for the two items in shipping, so double shipping. Three items would be 9 bucks, 4 items 12 bucks in shipping, etc.
I could really use some help, it has been 21 days and no responses.

Im not sure what your message meant exactly.
I tried the users listed, but they do not have messages enabled, so it is useless.

Hi @figurephenatix - Due to limited staffing and best member experience, we've turned off our private messages here on the boards. Hi @figurephenatix - I know this has been something you've been dealing with for a while now and while I don't have an update, I'll do everything I can to try and speed up the process. Please keep an eye on your email as that's where I can follow up with info as I get it.

Day 31 since I reported this on my Ebay store, no resolution.
Sales down 30% from Aug to Sept, problem began Sept 1st, 31 days later, no resolution.

I know how you feel. I have not had an ADD TO CART tab/button for about 6 weeks. I've called 4 or 5 times during that period and nothing has been fixed. I was told the last time I called that technical issues are prioritized by the number of people affected. The more people affected the quicker they will fix it. So, it seems that if the problem is limited to one person or just a few, you may have to wait indefinitely for a fix. This is no way to run a business. Its killing my sales.

Day 34 with no solution for my broken shipping on my Ebay store.
Sales down 32% from Aug, before shipping was broken.
Here is a message from one of my customers this morning, in case your tired of me asking for help, I will let my customers ask for help today:
"I am thinking about buying about 10 of your miniatures but the shipping and handling fee is more than 25% of the cost. I would most likely pay for them right away but last time I purchased from you I had the same circumstances. Not that I am complaining. I would just like to get more product and less s&h fee. What can you do to help me out here?"

Day 36, no resolution.
Store sales down 34% from previous month.
Shipping calculations still broken on my ebay store.

Day 39 without resolution, my shipping is still broken, no answers or timeline on resolving.
Store sales now down 35% from previous month (Aug) before shipping broke (Sept 1).
I have called in six times, I am not calling anymore, I need answers and resolutions. I need someone to step in and get tech support to resolve this.
Please.
39 days is long enough to put a business under this kind of pressure financially.
Please help.
