Combined Packing Slip printing not working - Loads blank page

I noticed starting yesterday morning, when I combine multiple orders from the same buyer and want to print a packing slip; it just pops open another page but when the page loads it's blank.  

I've tested in both Chrome and Safari (latest versions) and get the same results in both. I'm not running any pop-up or ad blockers or anything either.

As a work around I can print off the packing slips uncombined but it's a bit of a waste of an extra sheet of paper 🙂 . 

Is anyone aware of this?

Hi @bcmike0_1 . Sorry nobody replied to this one.

1. Are you still having this problem generating a pick list through bulk labels?

2. There is another way to print a pick list. The format is a bit different, but it'll get the job done.

• Go to Seller Hub > Orders
• Check all orders
• Button at the top: Shipping > Print packing slip and more
• On the pop-up de-select packing slip then check pick list at the bottom

Edit: I just re-read your post and realize this solves nothing for you because the point is to print a pick list after the orders are combined.

Still, let me know if you're still running into the error. I just tested it on my end and after combining orders in bulk labels, the pick list generated with no problem.

I don't like printing just the pick list - it doesn't have the option of adding what the packing slip allows such as your business name and rating.
