I post clothing by adding all relevant information on my laptop then saving as a draft and uploading the photos from my phone. It has always worked perfectly.

Since last night I noticed that when I save and go to upload the photos all extra information is missing such as...size, color, size type, material etc...

So now I have to go fix all my listing from that last couple of days because of this glitch. Is it happening to anyone else?

This is also happening to me, only over the last 3-4 days. I normally create drafts on the desktop, with everything except pictures, then upload the pics on my phone through the app. The last few days after the pics upload to the draft listing, all of the item specifics seem to disappear, and of course I have to re-enter them all.

This has occurred in the athletic shoes (Men's and Women's) and Fan Apparel categories. No clue if it's a glitch in the app, or draft listings? My app is updated. Using a Google Pixel 4a phone.

This has been happening to me too since last Friday 8/28/20. I list about 20 items per day and at least 15 of the 20 need the items specifics re-entered. I create the drafts on my laptop and add photos from my ipad and after the photos are added the item specifics are gone.

Hi, I just posted a similar question. I am having the same problem. I contacted eBay and they were not aware of any problems. It looks like a few of us are having trouble. I wonder why? Very frustrating.

It's maddening and it has been happening to me the past few days as well. Not for clothing, but for household items and toys.

Yes, happening to my listings as well. Same procedure as you, I initially list on a pc or mac, then I go to an i-phone to take photos. I usually keep photos on my phone for use on other apps. After that, I upload photos to my listing from my i-phone, save, then return to my pc or mac. Item specifics are disappearing every time now. Very annoying. I saw an old thread from 11/2019 that described a similar problem. An eBay rep even chimed in and said that the problem was known and was being worked on. Did I say that was almost a year ago? Help us eBay. Help us to be the 5 star sellers you tell us you want US to be.

I saw a thread on 11/2019 describing this same prob. A rep even acknowledged eBay was aware of the problem. Reps are rarely better than us experienced sellers. We just have to keep typing/calling/messaging eBay until they actually solve the problem.

This is happening again. Been going on for about a week or more. The app isn't syncing with the drafts that I make on my laptop. When I go to release the draft as a listing from my app, most of my item specifics are missing! This is a huge waste of time. I've seen people complaining about this on facebook too.
