Reported to eBay yesterday that the click & collect function for Simple Delivery is not showing on live listings after selection had been made, instead it only shows standard tracked delivery with no other detail.
eBay have confirmed that the ticket raised for the technical issue should be resolved in 48 hours after phoning again today to request status (yesterday it was supposedly to be fixed in 24hrs).
I have lost sales and had to return funds because of this poor issue.
