Yesterday was an absolute nightmare for sellers. I too lost out on sales as buyers messaged to cancel orders and so on. I contacted Ebay and was told that there were technical issues that were being dealt with . Also reassured that buyers would be sent a payment reminder as I couldn't see the sales but they could. I agree with previous post that it was unacceptable for sellers to lose out particularly as this is pay weekend and usually the busiest. I used the feedback after a call to them which I expressed my frustration and financial loss.
