Checking Out / Paying Problems

Anyone else having trouble with buying their items? Whenever I try and finish / pay for the order, if says to recheck my card information & billing information - but everything is correct (and I've tried multiple card). Maybe servers are down?

Tried to make my very first ever EBay purchase and came up against this same problem. Also tried to use two different cards to no avail.  So disappointed!  Is there any way to make a purchase by phone? Oh, and there are also no human customer service agents available to help.

Have you tried adding that credit card to your PayPal account, and then choosing PayPal as the payment method at checkout?
