I was received and was charged for an order that I never placed either in my account or as a guest. Nobody in my family or household placed this order. This order is not in my order history for my account and I cant see the order with my email address.
I contacted the seller and they said they received the order form ebay and there are no refunds or returns. This seller seems adamant this is a legitimate order but i can assure you it isnt. I cannot use any of the email return or refund tools because they require that you have an order and, as I said,
Please assist ASAP. My credit card was charged $186 US dollars and unless I am told otherwise, I believe it was fraudulent.
