Charged Multiple time for Printing a Shipping label

Got an error message while printing a shipping label so I hit "please try again" and it went through. All's well, not!  Ebay Shipping hit my Paypal account for 2 shipping charges.

Next sold item, I got 2 error messages so on the third try, the label went through, and, yes you guessed it, I got charged 3 times for the 2nd label.  

Come on EBAY - credit my money back!

Ths has happened to me also.. Everything was going fine until PayPal and Ebay starting withholding funds payed by the buyer to pay for shipping..This phone App is not designed for Sellers to go to their account or work through issues of any kind.. I don't know what to do.. I can't operate if my funds are frozen.. I have spent hours on the phone with both eBay and PayPal...

I have made that mistake too. Once a label is created, if it does not print, do not buy again. Open a browser window, go into myebay, and use the drop down menu for the transaction to find the reprint button.

As to the extra postage, from this time, void the labels you didnot use. It is usually a 3 week wait for a refund. No need to call just go to the transaction and void label, again, easier on browser.

(Ok given the button implies you can just reprint from the app, its less a mistake and more an app trap. Lots of those lately, sorry)

I use a laptop so not sure about issues with the app.
Paypal has refunded the overcharges. I filed with them that these were unauthorized charges, which they were. Paypal decided the complaint in my favor. **shocking**
