Carrier Specific Discounts Not Being Applied

I have shipping preferences set to offer carrier specific discounts for USPS, but the vast majority of my listings still show retail pricing.  Made this change several days ago.  All the listings should have updated within 24 hours.  Any fix for this?

There is conflicting info between the setting page and the help page @jbcoutfitters .

 

Settings page says when you apply carrier-specific discounts it will automatically apply to all active listings.

 

Help page says it will apply to new or revised listings. Help page info is accurate based on numerous reports the past 2 weeks.

 

So what you need to do is pull all your listings into the bulk editor. Publish changes (even though you're not actually changing anything). That will count as editing your listings, force them to re-index, and the carrier specific discounts will be reflected.
